Certificate of Authenticity

A Certificate of Authenticity is a digital and printed document proving authentication of a designer good. Each certificate is issued by an independent third-party authentication service that performed the item inspection and analysis. It includes the item details and a unique link that's hosted on the servicer's servers for validity lookups.

1) Dual-Authentication Process

Every piece at It'sReloved undergoes our meticulous dual-authentication process before it's ever offered for sale. Each item is carefully examined by our in-house team and independently verified through trusted third-party authentication partners like Entrupy, giving you confidence in every purchase.

2) Complimentary COA for Items Priced $1,000+

Each purchased item priced at $1,000+ (before taxes/fees) will receive a complimentary Certificate of Authenticity. This COA will be issued by the independent third-party authentication service that performed the inspection of the piece.

3) COA Add-On for Purchase

For purchased items priced under $1,000 (before taxes/fees), you have the option to purchase an official Certificate of Authenticity for $25 (plus taxes/fees). This COA has the same validity as our complimentary ones and will be issued by the independent third-party authentication service who inspected the piece. While not required, this option provides additional documentation and peace of mind for those who prefer to have a physical or digital authentication record alongside their purchase.

4) Authenticity Warranty

Should you purchase an item priced at $999 or less, and choose to forego the optional COA Add-On, you will still receive a complimentary Authenticity Warranty. This is valid for One (1) Year from the date of your purchased and is financially backed by fully refunding you 100% of your purchase price. On top of this, we reiterate that all items undergo a Dual-Authentication Process before being added to our collections for sale.

Optional Certificate of Authenticity add-ons are listed amongst each Luxury Drop and on the Shop page. Simply add to cart and checkout alongside with your bag or accessory.
If you forget to include a COA add-on at checkout, or decide not until later to purchase one, you may still do so within seven (7) days of receiving your item. Please ensure your personal details match with your previous purchase.
Formal issuance of a COA is by independent third-party authentication service, Entrupy. The listed Certificate Holder of all issued COAs will be Ivy J. & Co. LLC, the registered business of It'sReloved. COAs include: Brand Name, Item Photo, Issuance Date/Time, Identifier Code, and a QR Code that links to the Entrupy database for verification of the authenticity of the certificate.
All COAs will be delivered in the form of a physical document within your product packaging.
