Every item is independently authenticated by a trusted third-party authentication service before it enters our collection. Authenticity is never assumed or estimated—it's verified.

Every purchase over $1,000 includes a complimentary Certificate of Authenticity (COA). For purchases under $1,000, a COA is available as an optional add-on for customers who want additional peace of mind.
Warranty

We proudly stand behind every item we sell. If, within one year of purchase, you obtain your own third-party authentication and an item is determined to be inauthentic, we'll honor our Authenticity Warranty by providing:

  • A 100% refund of your purchase price.
  • A $100 It'sReloved store credit toward a future purchase.
Condition Grading

We intentionally grade our inventory conservatively. Rather than overpromise, we'd rather have you pleasantly surprised when your item arrives. Because we only source high-quality products, our grading chart includes Pristine, Excellent, and Very Good.

We encourage every customer to carefully review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before making a purchase.
Product Education

Every listing includes meaningful information about the brand, craftsmanship, materials, and product history whenever possible. We want you to understand what makes each piece special—not just its label, but the artistry and heritage behind it.
Support

Questions are always welcome. Whether you need additional photos, measurements, or product details, we're here to help. We want every customer to feel completely confident before placing an order.
Transparency

We believe you should know exactly what you're purchasing before you check out.

Every item is professionally photographed from every angle, with close-up images of any signs of wear, imperfections, or call-outs. We also provide modeled photos whenever possible to help you better understand the bag's size and proportions. If there's something worth noting, we'll tell you—because informed buyers make confident buyers.
