Every item we offer undergoes a multi-step authentication process. Each piece is first carefully examined by our in-house team, who inspect key details. For an added layer of confidence, we also partner with trusted third-party authentication experts, including Entrupy to independently verify our findings.
This dual-authentication approach reflects our commitment to equipping The Conscious Buyer through transparency, accuracy, and ensuring one can shop with complete confidence.
One year. Zero doubt.
If, within one (1) year of your purchase date, a reputable third-party authentication service determines that an item purchased directly from us is not authentic, we will honor our warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Your original proof of purchase from It'sReloved.
- Written documentation from a recognized independent authentication service stating that the item is not authentic (generated COA is not sufficient).
- The item in the same condition as it was sold, without material alterations or damage that would affect authentication.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price. The item must first be returned to us before any refund is processed.
This warranty applies only to authenticity and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or changes in condition after purchase.
