What is your Authentication Process?

Rooted in our business values and promise, Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Beginning with sourcing only from trusted partners and private clients, each product is then inspected by our co-founders before authentication by third-party servicers/experts (e.g. Entrupy). Our luxury collection is comprised of only 100% authentic fashion pieces.

How do I obtain a Certificate of Authenticity for my item?

A Certificate of Authenticity is a digital and printed document proving authentication of a designer good. Each certificate is issued by an independent third-party authentication service that performed the item inspection and analysis. It includes the item details and a unique link that's hosted on the servicer's servers for validity lookups.

All purchased items priced at $1000+ will receive a complimentary COA. For purchased items priced at $999 and less, optional COA add-ons are available for $25. COA add-ons are listed amongst each Luxury Drop and on the Shop page. Simply add to cart and checkout alongside with your bag or accessory.

If you forget to include a COA add-on at checkout, or decide not until later to purchase one, you may still do so within seven (7) days of receipt of your item. Please ensure your personal details match with your previous purchase.
What is The Luxury Drop?

Our Luxury Drops comprise of curated designer handbags and accessories. This collection is made available once a month at 9:00 PM ET here, on itsreloved.com. Each piece listed for sale will be a 1 of 1. Once sold out, there is no guarantee that we'll have it in the next drop.

What are your Live Selling shows?

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

All Sales Are Final; Due to the unique and high-demand nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please practice Conscious Buying before making any purchases. If you have any questions, we're happy to help before you check out.

Does my purchase come with a Warranty?

Each item purchased from It'sReloved comes with a financially backed One-Year Authenticity Warranty. All items undergo a dual-authentication process before getting added to our collections.

Should you discover that your purchased item is deemed non-authentic, we will issue a 100% refund and cover your authenticity service.

How much is Shipping? How long does it take?

At this time, we only sell and ship within the United States.

  • Standard (4-7 business days): $14.00
  • Express (2 business days): $25.00
  • All purchases over $1,000.00 comes with Complimentary Standard Shipping

All items are shipped within 2 business days from purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your selection and location.

Can I sell my luxury bag and accessories to you?

Yes, we would be thrilled to consider purchasing your pre-loved luxury goods! We pride ourselves in fair pricing, quick-payouts, and hassle-free negotiation. Please note however, that depending on the season and our current demand, we may or may not be in search for your specific item.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans through our Shop Pay method of payment during checkout (subject to eligibility). We also accept:

Can I edit my order after being placed?

Yes, you have an 8-hour window after placing your order to make changes, such as updating your shipping address or contact information.

To request changes, please contact us via our Feedback Form or email at contact@itsreloved.com. Please submit requests immediately after placing your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
What is the condition of your bags and accessories?

Each item is accompanied by detailed descriptions and high-quality images to give you a clear understanding of what to expect. We meticulously inspect each item, and if any notable flaws exist, we note them in the conditions section of the listing.

Please keep in mind that each piece carries its own unique history, often reflected in its imperfections. By choosing pre-loved items, you not only continue their story but also make a thoughtful and eco-friendly choice for the planet.

Most of our bags are Pre-Loved. For pieces that are estimated to be 20 years or older, we will clearly note that they are Vintage. The conditions and grading between Pre-Loved and Vintage pieces can be distinguished in our guide.
